All vending will be done in the GWNN BIRTHDAY BASH 2012 - DECADENCE & DEVIANCE area in the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Austin Texas.
Spaces are limited and those applications that are accepted will be notified no later than April 1, 2012.
All payments must be paid in full for your contract to be finalized.
Payment in full is due any time prior to May 1, 2012. Silent Auction items will be collected on the day of the event.
If you do not make your payment on time, we reserve the right to cancel.
PLEASE NOTE: We will not be able to guarantee a spot unless we have a signed application and full payment by the appropriate deadlines.
There will be NO vending at the BASH Party or on Sunday at The Place.
Vendor locations will be determined by the Vendor Coordinator and will be based on space and electrical needs.
There are no reserved spaces year to year.
NOTE:Vendors NO longer will be able to pay for their booths by only providing merchandise for the silent auction.
Space size is 8ft long by 5ft wide. If you need more space than that, an additional space must be purchased. We have two payment options listed on the application.
Your space includes:
6 foot table per space
2 chairs per space
Electric (bring your own extension cord and/or power strip. There are limited outlets available. We will do our best to get you as close as we can.)
WIFI
One business card sized ad per space in the program. (Larger ad space may be purchased for an additional fee. Please contact Tandeer@yahoo.com for sizes and price list.)
Ad on GWNN web page for one year
Ad in monthly newsletter
Opportunity to put business card, fliers, coupons, etc in the goodie bags
Priority on vending at regular parties (for local vendors)

Vendors may purchase separately, tickets for Friday night's Formal Dinner, Saturday’s luncheon/keynote address or Saturday night's Play Party.
